Are you going to tell us, beforehand, exactly what we’ll be doing in each SÓL class?
A little bit... There will be a ‘title’ for each class, and my posts and emails will set the Tone so you’ll get a basic idea of what we’ll be doing — but this isn’t the kind of experience where I’m giving you “5 steps to xyz” or “here’s how to get x result” — so I’m really inviting you into a Tone, into an Energetic Attunement that will support you in Creating everything you want to Create.
And that’s part of it, too, right? The Principle is this: the more you Release the grip on Control and simply let yourself Immerse, Open and Receive, letting yourself be poured into, letting yourself have an Experience, letting yourself be Shown — the MORE abundantly Filled you get to be.
It’s also kind of like when you decide to go to a yoga class, or book a session at a spa — you’re going in order to have an Experience, in order to be Nourished and guided into a Practice, in order to be “changed” in some way from your typical, everyday, busy-world experience.
And in the same way your yoga teacher or masseuse isn’t giving you the step-by-step plan for everything you’ll be doing together — I’m inviting you to let go of the “need to know,” at least a little bit more, as well. Because, really, you just want to Release yourself into Receiving, into the feeling of being rested back into Sensation, Energy, and your Inner World, while you are given an experience that feels BETTER than “typical.”
So that’s what we’re doing here, too. :)

What if I don’t like the class? Are there refunds?
I priced these SÓL classes to be an incredibly easy investment, and a way for you to ‘test the Waters’ here without any risk. It’s a gorgeous way for you to have a taste of this Work, understand a bit more about what we do here, and have an experience of me, too — before you wade deeper in here.
Plus, the win-win of these classes is that — whether you end up loving the SÓL Session or it not really being your jam — you’ll be able to parlay your (very small) investment into just about anything else I offer.*
Meaning, you’ll have a credit for the amount you paid — and you can use it any time within 1 month.
There are no refunds. I invite you to let yourself be Curious enough to come have an experience — and much like a yoga class or a spa or even a restaurant you’re trying for the first time, if it’s not your favorite, that’s totally okay. There are other things here that might fit you more perfectly. Or it may just be that this Work doesn’t speak to your Soul, and that’s okay too.
*Credit cannot be applied toward another SÓL Session, but can be applied toward courses, mini-courses, masterclasses, 1:1 Sessions, memberships and Mystery Schools.
How do I prepare for the SÓL Session?
There are really only 2 things you’ll need before we’re together...
The first is downloading the Telegram app from your phone’s App Store — you can also find it in desktop version if you prefer that.
The second is simply finding a comfortable and quiet place where you can join us when it’s time for our SÓL Session to begin.
Some SÓL Sessions will include a guided meditation or Shamanic Journey, so you might also like a private space where you can close your eyes and drop in without being disturbed.
However, the class will be available in Telegram for you to listen to for a week, too — so even if you can’t be fully Present, or you can’t find private space when we’re Live, I hope you’ll still join us and be with us as much as you can be until you can listen more fully later. :)
Is this included in my Mystery School experience?

How does this work?
Once you purchase your SÓL Session ticket, you’ll be automagically added into a “course space” where you’ll find our details and a link into our Telegram space.
There are 2 spaces inside of our group — one which will just be the audios from me only, and one which will be for group conversation and community. You’re welcome to spend time in both, or just spend time in the one you prefer.
(If you’re new to my Portal space, you’ll receive an email inviting you to set up your new account and password, which is very easy — but if you have any trouble, please just reach out to info@heather-allison.com and we can help you get settled in.)
There will be a welcome message inside of Telegram when you get inside telling you a bit more about how we’ll be dropping in together — and then our Live experience will begin on the date and time noted for our class. Our SÓL Session will be about 90 minutes.
The Session will be available for you to re-listen to for a week after our Live class.
